GLBT = Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender.

I learned that a couple days ago at my work. They had rainbow stuff everywhere and it was sooo cool. biggrin

My hometown has a Pride Parade every year. And I think I am going to be attending this year. It's such an awesome event. =)

I wanna go to a Pride Parade!

My state was the only one in the US that tried to but didn't pass the ban on gay marriage during the last voting thing.(I'm pretty sure we were the only one, I could be wrong). I guess there's a lot of support for gays here. biggrin I even got my lazy ass out of bed to go vote against it! Go me~

I'm so going to go to the Pride Parade here.

After Ontario passed gay marriage, the Conservatives tried to put a ban on it, it didn't go anywhere.  Go Ontario for being the first place to allow Gay Marriages and also Divorces.  I love living near Toronto where you can go and most people won't care, although I live in a small town where they do care.

I know what that's like. I also live in a small town--or near one, I should say. People there do care. They still think that homosexuality and transsexuality is wholly conscious choice.

My town has a very bad reputation on behalf of well anything related to different. Hate to say it but even ten years ago, there were triple "K" groupmeetings out in the open. What a rep, biggest town in my province for the KKK. But now we know who they are and we egg their houses. hahah. Some people are fine with it and see it as a choice of your own, while others not so much.

Saskatchewan is the longest driving time ever because it's completely flat and such plus you may want to stop at a hotel for a night.

I thought that much. If I do go up there, I'll be going to more than one place in that city. I'll need to stay at a hotel, of course. On the way there, in the city, and on the way back... Man... I need a job to a get a job! ><
