It's called Kingdom Heats II: Final Mix+. It's just like when they released Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix. It was released in the US in limited supply--most of the new scenes were still in Japanese!
Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ contains new scenes and features, including a new fight between Sora and Roxas and a new Drive Form for Sora that's supposed to be even more powerful than the Final Form.
The plus is for the bonus disc that comes with it. It's a remake of Chain of Memories for the PS2.
While Electronic Gaming Monthly has reported that this game is coming to the US, it's been quite some time and I'm beginning to doubt it.
Well, it's Square-Enix's way of giving back to their Japanese fanbase. You see, in the first game, they added things when they released it to the western countries. They did the same thing to Kingdom Hearts II. They give back by releasing another version with much more things than other versions.
After all, they are a Japanese-based company, so they're biased to it.
