I joined just to post in here. The story starts back in October of 2004.
I had just went out on a date with a girl I was trying to convince myself to like, and they only way she would come if her friend could come, so I invited my friend also, Josh. Afterwards I had to go to Josh's brother's birthday party, where the girl Josh liked would be there, when we got there Josh introduced me to her, Rebecca. First thing she said to me was "Don't you ride my bus?" I had never noticed her before, but for the next two weeks I made sure to wave hi to her every time. Then after the two weeks was the Homecoming game, I told Rebecca that Josh liked her, but Josh was too shy to ask her out, so the plan was to make him mad at me and to ask her out, so I asked her out right infront of Josh, and the plan worked, Josh got mad slightly, and asked her out and they made plans to go out on a date the next weekend. That night Rebecca and I ended up talking on the phone for three hours, I told myself I was trying to hook her and Josh up but in truth I was flirting. We talked every night for almost 3-5 hours, sat next to each other on the bus and talked... Soon on December 4th 2004 she and I started to date, 11 days before my 16th birthday. Things were perfect for a year and two months, everything had worked fine, Josh was still our friends and we were in love... Till Josh's parents decided to move to New Jersey, and Rebecca and I both realized how much we both cared for Josh. Josh lived with me for a month and a half before moving to New Jersey, I started to think I was in love with him, and two nights before he left Rebecca told me that she thought she was in love with Josh, and I was still her boyfriend. I paniced and told her that it was just because he was leaving...Three weeks later Josh moved back, things felt a little better, but there was an awkwardness between me and Rebecca...4 months later she dumped me after coming back from a trip to Europe for two weeks, then started dating a guy I had hated for years, it lasted for 5 months...Then a month after that Rebecca and Josh started to date... I was jealous of both sides, that Josh got to date my ex that I still had feelings for, and Rebecca for getting to be Josh's first kiss. They lasted 7 months before their first problem, Rebecca came out and said she was bisexual and wanted to date a girl. She tried to break up with Josh, but it didn't work out. So they dated for another 2 months, until Rebecca made a plan to move across the country to live with her real mother and she broke up with him to make it easier on both of them... Now nearly two months after that I realize I'm in love with Josh, who with all existing evidence is straight...
So in the end, I'm now in love with my best friend.
My God...That's like, so...strange. =[ And sad. Oh god, my friend has a story just like this one (kinda) only she's a girl, the the girl she liked was a girl...and they guy that she like dated for a while was a boy. @_@; Confusing.

Sorry, I'm just trying to lighten the mood...*Sucks at this, truly does*.
In actuality, I really don't know what to say. Love triangles are complicated, especially when almost all the sides aren't one sided. Just hang in there.
