Anyone else here like Metric? Emily Haines is probably one of the many singers that I look up to (Sandra Nasic, Otep Shamaya, Regina Spektor, Olivia Lufkin, etc.). My favorite songs would have to be, "Grow up and Blow Away", "Dead Disco", "Succexy", "Poster of a Girl", and "IOU".
ah, I discovered them in PE. We were watching some sort of sports video in the gym because it was a rainy day...it had all kinds of bands but I only remembered Sleater-Kinney, Metric, and Guano Apes from the long list :P.
