Well I don't have anything I feel like complainging about so let's chat!

So how are you whoever writes a reply?

I'm good myself. I saw a clockwork orange recentlly and I don't really plan to ever watch it again. Wasn't to pleasant.

I have yet to see that movie... Many tell me it's a rather good one at that. I plan to somehow get it magically and pop it into my tv. XD

as for an orange made of clockwork.... I do suppose that it is hard to eat one considering the contents.

Why would a orange even NEED to be clockwork?

And I can't say a clockwork orange wasn't a good movie because it was. But I really didn't like it at all. xD;; Needless violence has always made me a little upset.

Well, apparently some kid in my school's Art Club is being obbsessive/stalker-ish to me. Either that or hitting on me. Or Both. Ew. D<

To summarize, Yesterday we were doing this activity on the board with colorful markers and shiz, and I put on my iPod and started singing (xD Something I like to doooo~). As far as I knew up until today, all I had heard was "You should really join chorus" and "LOL You're phone's ringing".

Turns out, according to my friend who was there too and actually spoke to this idiot, he was RECORDING my singing. She said the convo went like this...

Her: What are you doing?
Him: DAMN, You ruined it!
Her: No really, what are you doing?
Him: Recording her beautiful voice.

Later, he was taking another friend's picture and mine (2 of them for each of us) and saved them to his phone. Yet again, My friend asked him what he was doing...

Her: What are you doing now?
Him: Taking pictures so I can make a collage and put it up on DeviantArt.
Other Friend: I'd sue your butt if that was MY picture. D<

I'm sorry, but that's VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. D< Later on, I went off and drew in my sketch pad and stuff with another friend, and again was singing (xD For those wondering what I was singing, it's ... This, That version to, With the super long "wa" note), and the kid came over to where I was and sat down (Urg), and I was lecturing a kinda friend about writing and stuff that she should do better (Relating to a critque yet another friend had written about her story). He's butting in here and there, we tell him not to do such, and at one point he says he has two pictures of each me and my friend on his phone. And we're like "WTEFF. THAT'S MESSED UP YO. DELETE THEM. D<" He claimed he did, but we can't be sure.

LOL I'm no good at summarizing.

Also, as a note, when we swap from Health --> Gym and whatever, they give us, like, a week to sit on the bleachers... and this kid is in my gym and all. He followed us around the bleachers all through it. I kid you not. He kept trying to take my books and my friend's books (Not same friends as what happened yesterday, but those friends know what happened yesterday), and I kept telling them to watch my stuff so he didn't touch them.

My "Witness" (The friend who spoke to him yesterday), My "Other Victim" (Friend whom he also took pics of), and I are going down to the Main Office / Cops tomorrow morning to talk to someone about this. Another friend of mine said she had an issue like this last year and said they send you to this other room that's for these kinds of issues. But whatever. The police will listen better then the guidance ever will. As far as we know, he's prolly in some mentally challenged classes and stuff, so we're like "The guidance will just say "He's mentall challenged, leave him alone."" LOL HE'S the one starting this mess. I already ignore him. D>

Tomorrow's not gonna be fun. DDDD>

No that's deffinatly a stalker. We've had a few people like that at our school. Two years ago or so some guy was taking pictures of up girls skirts under the table when he got the chance. Really creepy dude too, has a bad temper when you piss him off. [excuse my french]

But yeah. You guys DEFFINATLY need to talk to the police. I doubt the guidance will do anything... they never do here at least...

The thing is, on top of it being stalker-ish, my Mom's been through something like this, and turns out it's like my friend who had a kid do similar. In my mom's case (xD At the time it wasn't called "Stalking" it was called "being stupid") and My friend's case, BOTH boys hurt themselves because my mom/my friend didn't like them. As in, slit wrists, ect. Bad bad bad.

My Friend, as I said, mentioned they have a special councilor or something that deals with this stuff. They have one special room (It's painted blue, has comfy chairs, cool stuff. xD All the other rooms in the school are, like WHITE or OFF-WHITE. Dx It's boring), and it's by the main office and stuff.

My mom said to keep an eye out if he shows up weirdly, since he could also harm ME because I don't like him.

@Gappiee : I've ignored him because I want him to go away. I've been bullied before and that's been my defence. Don't show it bothers you and it'll go away. While I realize that's not how this will go, I didn't want to acknoledge him.

Oh, also turns out, my mom knows who the kid is (Mom's a substitute in one of the middle schools that then heads off to my High School), and searched MySpace. She could pick out from the options it gave which one she saw as him. And if it is him, He logged in today. For what, we don't know, because it states it's friends only. Which, while it means my pictures would be limited veiwing if it his account and he puts them up there, it's the comments on it that are more of a danger.

Ok, here is what you need to do. #1 Talk to the School. Inform them that you are being stalked and are informing the police for your own safety. #2 Go to or Call the Police Station not 911 the Stations actually have a number. #3 Talk to a Lawyer. Yes I know that seems odd but it is just to get legal advice many do it for free. This way all of your Bases are covered in case of anything bad going down. Namely Parents or school getting pissed that you went over heads or got there kid into trouble. Tell the Lawyer everything ask any questions you might have and ask them about what can the School do Legally to you and what can the Parents of the Kid do to you. This way you know what might happen and you can react with the knowledge already and not run around like a chicken with its' head cut off. Hope this Helps and I hope everything goes well

Well, I did talk to the office and they dealt with the photos and stuff. At the time they had checked his phone, he didn't have the pictures. He claims he doesn't know, however My mom's had him, it's right in the middle school and high school handbooks that phones aren't supposed to be on and out, and camera phones are supposed to not even be on the premise. They called his parents, and they are now informed about this.

However, doing such has made him angry. During last period gym (The only class he's in with me, fortunatly he's in a seperate group), as I left the girl's locker room with all of my friends (A group of 5 or so), he was practically waiting for me. My friend said he cracked his knuckles or something, and then we noticed he went and sat down by the wall. He watched me walk around the gym (Which is a kind-of warm up for the class). My friend also said she saw his mouth move as if he was cursing under his breath. I made no eye contact.

When the gym classes split up, I spoke to my gym teacher with my friend who's been through this before, and my teacher let me go to the main office. We spoke to them about this, and they are informing the kid's parents about this now, and we're pretty sure they're going to call me down again on monday. We headed back to gym and did Yoga Relaxation for 10 minutes. ^w^ That was a nice way to end this horrible friday.

I really don't want to deal with this anymore. I'm afraid to stay after for art club now, because of what might happen, even with a teacher and other classmates in the room. I have so much homework to do, but I just don't want to do anything.

Nyachan please infrom your local Police about this. This is more for your protection and that of those around you. This kid seems to have some type of issue and needs help. Make sure you Tell the cops that you are afraid to Stay after school. If you are afraid at school make sure that they know that to. I don't know where you are from so I can't really help you out with Laws. But please take my advise. You seem like a nice person and it would be a great shame for you to get hurt or worse. I hope you are well and everything comes out ok

I completely agree with Shinda. You deffinatly need to inform someone if you're scared to be at school or stay after school... this kid is a psycho apparently and I dun want another cutie out there getting hurt.

If you do need help, I'm sure everyone here is more than willing to help [as I've seen around the forums] And I'm more than willing to cheer up/help out/give hugs to/ ect. anyone in need.

If you want me to, i can also kick his ass for you lol.

The thing is, my mom knows the laws pertaining to this. Until he threatens physical harm to me, we can't do anything. Can't even get a restaining order. My mom's read the laws on this because of what happened to he and commented on how it wouldn't have even help her if the laws were in place at the time.

My parents told me to glare him down, and if he gets anywhere near me to tell him off, without screaming, without getting too emotional. Just tell him to get the heck out of my face. >__<;;; If he's waiting by the locker room doors monday, trust me, he'll have it.

My friend went on her old RP account on MySpace and he friended her. She let me log into the account and me and my parents look on his page. Firstly, his BG sucks and is a broken image, and second the only major tip off it's him besides the numbers is the fact under "Heroes" is my first name and a friend of mine who's also in the "special classes", who would prolly know him. That's what really hit me when I looked at the page.

Oh and he RPs really badly. xD

And I've informed the school about this, and they said that they are going to call his parents. That's all they can really do at this point because he has not threatened me. Which really sucks, and these laws don't do anything. Dx

Well there are Harassment Laws that might apply. Personally I would not suggest getting near him. Avoid him and don't really go anywhere without someone. You can tell the school that you are afraid and they are not providing a Safe environment for you to learn. Also keep track of all that he does in a Log. See if your friends will do it to. this will help out on 2 things 1 if you need to get a restraining you will have proof of his Activities and 2 if he does do something about it you again have proof.

DO NOT do anything that will provoke him that can be used against you. If he is by your locker walk past it and get a Teacher or the Principal and hvae them deal with it. You want to be as kind and as nice as you can be so they can use nothing against you. make sure your friends don't act on your behalf either as that can also be used against you.

There are Multiply types of Restraining orders to what you want is a No contact order. But like i said earlier I don't know where you are at so my knowledge of the law where you are is uncertain at best. Let me know if any of this is helpful. You really should get the police at least notified of what has happeened so far.

Where I live there was an Attempted Kidnapping of a 16 year girl by a guy at her school. He had a note that read She had to have sex with him everyday or her family would be harmed. This is reasons why you get the police involved and you tell them about things that have happened resently in different states(assuming you live here). Well I hope I am helping with being some one to give you ideas and to yell and talk about it with. Take care and be safe

Thanks for the support/advice everyone. ^w^ Fortunatly, a friend said that he's supposed to be out for a while. This means I should have this week in peace, and also that means that Spring Break won't begin horribly. ^w^

You caught my eye with Shangri-La (Kagamine Rin to Len) 'cause I have a base of reference (and it's one of my favorites), from there I'll branch out, I'm already taking a liking to Rin-tachi and her kin.

It is a little awkward when hearing them for the very first time, but after that passes, it's really fun to listen to! It's kinda like they're doing karaoke, isn't it? They may not be human, but they're definitely kindred souls with voices, in my eyes!

EDIT: Also, if you find versions with a link to a place called "Nico Nico Douga", you can acutally rip the song straight from the URL (Which is how I get mine, but I actually have an accoutn on Nico Nico Douga, so I can wander there for more videos) If a URL including "http://www.nicovideo.jp" is in there and you want the MP3, copy-paste the URL it gives into this site:

(As a warning, it is in all Japanese) There should be a button that has "MP3" on it (With some Kanji you may or may not see next to it) next to an imput box. Paste the URL into the box, and press the button. A page like This should come up. The last section, labled "" (If you can see the Japanese), should have a link beneath it (With some text in color and a percent next to it, I'm not sure what the percent represents, possibly server stability?). Click the link, and a window will popup asking you if you want to download it. I suggest changing the filename as the filename is Originally in Japanese, and comes up (even on my PC) as a bunch of symbols.

Also, if you have Japanese on your computer (Which I would suggest, since the best of the best Vocaloid videos can only be found by searching YouTube in japanese, or searching Nico Nico Douga), get an account on Nico Nico Douga, and check up on this site regularly (While called "MikuMiku", news is also on every vocaloid). Once a week (Ussually Tuesdays) A Nico Nico Douga video is posted, a Weekly Vocaloid Rankings. ^w^ Best time to get more songs from all of the Vocaloids~. (And if you need help getting a Nico Nico Douga account, Message me~ I may not remember the exsact order, but I can log out and check and tell you what goes where)

^w^ I've already gathered a lot more friends who now enjoy the Vocaloid Music. It's not too hard to catch interest, play them a song, then tell them "This is actually a computer program!" And it's like 'OMG NO WAI."

And seriously, yes, get an iPod. I have no idea how many "NUUU CAN'T FIT ALL SONGS ON MP3 PLAYER" incidents I would have had if I was still using my Sony Bean MP3 player. xD My iPod's a friggin' 80GB, so I think I'm good for a looooong time.

lots of good plans .... but i cant remember where i saw t the last time.
and it never worked trying to use murphy's law it only works if i realy dont care if i find it or not.

to get back at the first conversation here i saw a clockwork orange a few days ago ..... someone else was watching it and i hppened to be in the sam room.
i didnt get it well i did get it but it was really weird and i agree with graves it is really violent. but i think thats what its about. =/
