let me get one thing out of the way right off the bat... I do not like this movie
it's not a good film.
oh sure i liked it the first time I saw it but then i thought about it...
did we really need humans in this movie? I don't think so and honestly the more I thought about that the more pissed off I got at this thing...
I think a much better movie could have been made about just the Transformers.. hell it's the title of the movie so why do we spend so much time on this human kid I don't really ever remember caring about?
oh and the icing on the cake the writers from that movie did the new star trek... oh god...

I liked this movie, but I could be biased because I'm a huge Transformers fan (I have the collectors edition VHS of the original 1988 anime movie that I used to watch like everyday when I was a kid). I agree that they should have paid more attention to the actual Transformers and not the kid though. I wish Hot Rod woulda been in it too, he was my favorite! I also like watching it because it was filmed just down the street from where I lived when I was going to school is Los Angeles. haha So whenever I watch it I'm like "omg I know where that is! 8D I've been there!"
I do have to say that it's one of the better movies that America has made based on a Japanese Anime/Manga. I mean... it's better than what they did with Street Fighter and Dragon Ball. >_>;
