Layla was a nice song, but I didn't really like wonderful tonight too much. Eric Clapton is a good artist though, so maybe I will listen to more of his songs:)
y' ppl know what i was thinking about today .... well this morning. for a change ill write it acctually down:
i once had a talk with a woman about how childeren listen to really different music than their parents.... but i dont think that is true... well not for me at least, i listen to nearly the same music my parents do and some metal and ska aswell.... i mean a lot of the bands i listen to i know cuz my dad used to play them all the time when i was little (meaning: bruce springsteen, REM, Eric clapton, the doors, Bob Marley..... and some more but i dont listen to them)
what are your views on this point? you guys listen to the same music as your parents?

not really that much, but yeah, some of my dad's music I listen to;) (my mom doesn't really listen to much music, but I usually don't listen to her music anyways)
ooh and completely unrelated: ppl should listen to pinball wizzard by the who, and there was another cool song by the who but i forgot what it was. And today i listened to some more pink floyd, which i aready knew to be good, but i really liked it. and the album funeral by arcade fire is also pretty good
..... i like just writing down what i think about music ^^ should have started this topic sooner =)

ended up listening to sadness in the night. A curious little thing though; yesterday evening walking back from the church I started composing a little bit of a song:)
'Let me feel the heart
See the soul that dwells within
The broken heart
The soul filled with sin
She innocent was
The silent cry that no-one heard' ~ me

I have the melody for that part finished, though I do have some problems with the rest...except for the ending, which goes with pretty much the same melody as this part here, but is like this: 'Let me feel the heart Feel the soul that no-one knew The heart so pure Falling apart'~
whoa just saw the most awesome ska band ever ^^ .... they are dutch so not really interesting for you ppl but there was also another really cool band and well they didnt sing so it doesnt matter that they are dutch .... i think they where called the phantom four ... not shure though
yes they are called the phantom four, thank you internet! its a surf rock band so listen to it =)

Haha, bedtime tunes? :) I had a bedtime playlist on my music player, pretty much all calm songs, but some of the song there were pretty misplaced, being the exact opposite of calm and slow :D
im back from rage against the machiene and i must say it was really awesome even though i missed the last train home and spend the night outside in some small town. in the first 3o seconds that RATM played the whoke audience went crazy and started jumping arround. if you get a chance go! but dont go to far to the front 0-10 meters cuz there will be crazy, afriend of mine lost his glasses within 2 min of ratm playing. but it still war really on of the best concerts i ever been to.

I saw the musical Svartediket, and it rocked! The story might not be the most happy and upbeat one, but the show was great :D Two of the people I saw it with had already seen it, though I too am going to go watch the show again, and I am dragging my friend who had already seen it once before with me this time too :D 'Tis the world's first black metal musical I think, based on myths and tales from the drinking water source Svartediket, which lies here in bergen ^^D

Hehe, Pink Floyd are good :D However, I listen a lot to Unsun, Within Temptation and SLoT at the time =) Also, in my Tensing choir I volunteered for vocalist on a song I had heard once or perhaps twice, not knowing the melody at all^^; Ain't I smart??? =P
ahh well that seems like a good reason to listen to that song some more..... ow i cant really type, i just fell and one of my hands hurts quite badly =S
^^ i have seen within temptation live as the opening for iron maiden they are pretty good =)
