Cygan's n Step Program For Renewing The Forum

Step 1. Bump interesting old topics.

Step 2. Create new topics, hopefully interesting.

Step 3. Entice old forum-goers to stay with the promise of shiny new topics, contests and various other enticements.

Step 4. Entice new forum-goers into visiting the forum, then get them to stay.

Step 5. Start contests, topics, and such, to keep people's interest.

Step 6. Repeat steps 4-5.

Definition of seduce:

to lead astray, as from duty, rectitude, or the like; corrupt.

2. to persuade or induce to have sexual intercourse.

3. to lead or draw away

Number 1 doesn't really apply, and no-one ever uses the 3rd definition, so..

and i also found another 4th definition which is the one i intended it to be(i did have to look it up to make sure i wasn't using it the wrong way) :

to win over; attract; entice: a supermarket seducing customers with special sales.

Hey now. As an asexual seductress I'm very proud of the word! I take it seriously, and it definitely doesn't mean slut. Besides, you've already racked up plenty of posts here that you should know we're better than to think poorly of you--and double besides, if you're a troper, you might be aware of the http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EthicalSlut page, referencing a book trying to reclaim the term. Let me set the score straight: I am a reader of Urban Fantasy, Noir Fantasy, Original Fantasy, and Paranormal Fantasy. As such, I tend to associate certain words with their common usages. Seduce, seduction, seductress and all similar words fall under this category.

That aside, I never really thought that you were insulting me. Take a look at my sig; it's an apology for causing offence for situations just like this.

Now, to defuse the situation; high heels are bloody difficult to walk in. However, wearing these two-inch heels nearly pushes me over the 6 foot tall barrier ^_^

I last wore nonsneakers at my mom's wedding a couple years ago. They were 1-2 inch flats. (I'm only 5-foot-5.5 though) I meh'd them. I won the 'formal shoes vs black sneakers I can double for formal use' battle the day of the wedding--my tattered white sneakers can finally rest a little easier having a successor ready (they won't be retired 'till my heel hits the pavement though!).

I'm very leery about high heels, it seems silly when my sister and cousin take theirs off to go down steps or dance in... Though, my feet are silly large--mens' 12.5, hello what.

I only wore the heels for about two minutes, when I got bored.

I have some awesome shoes. I've had them for like six months now... Athough they have four shoelaces in them instead of the normal two @_@ They're really comfy, too.
