This show used to be my friday night excitement. I always waited until late at night to download it because I don't get The N channel in Canada. Boo. Season 3 is set to start in September of this year. Probably near the end of the month like most shows do.
Shifu: If the instument is broken, the music will be sour.
Daniel: Theh music does not play the musician.
Shifu: Normally there is truth in that.
Daniel: Really? Good. Because I really didn't have any idea what I was talking about.

It's a realistic show about girls being lesbians. lol The main character getting crap from her mom and brother and all that fun stuff about coming out.
And about hating it and then liking it... Does that mean Ashley is gunna get with someone else? Cuz that's what it looks like from the promo commercial thing. T_T

I just watched the first episode and it was a pleasant surprise. There were a few things here and there that I related to. This series seems to have a lot of potential, too. I didn't waste any time starting the download for the second episode.
Yay! A fan has been born! We shall pillage the town shouting lesbian music at the top of our lungs!!!

I'm such a fan girl. I totally have both seasons on my computer. I did have the first 3 seasons of The L Word, but they took up 20 gigs, so I deleted them. =(

when The L Word first came out on tv here in sweden i was scared of it ._. yay-ness, I was some sort of homofob before >.>thank-you-so-much-school-and-church
when I first heard of the movie "****ing åmål" my reaction was something like "Ew! Eeew!!" or something like that, can't remember. Mostly becouse the school and my church had said that homosexuality was a sin but it could be "cured" if you started to walk with Jesus... and that i just didn't like the thought of 2 girls kissing >.>
Now when i think back at it, I think that it was some denial for me to... I think I wanted to be as evryone else so when I finally accepted that I had feeling for a girl, I saw myself as a Bisexual. Even though that I don't even know if I have ever fallen in love with a boy...
I don't exactly know where I stand because I've fallen for a guy once. Not dated, but fallen for. I pretty much consider myself a lesbian, but don't lesbians have like no attractions to guys at all?
yea, I think I loved him but then it wasn't the love that I felt for the girl I was in love with before. It was more of that I loved him as a friend, and that is all that I can feel for a guy I think.
Remember the gurny at the end of the season two finale? It had its sheet pulled up and the paramedic was taking his time. This means that the person is dead. What does that mean? They wouldn't show it if one of the main characters hadn't died, so who is it? Plotwise, I think it may have been Madison. Really, for a story, it was the perfect place for her to die. She was just beginning to crawl up from rock bottom. What do you think?
Exactly! It was like they said, "Make a ten-second long teaser of 50 different random scenes from the next season! I demand it! And peanut butter! Mmm... Peanut butter..."
