in the near future me, Lil and our clan intend to buy some land preferably away from Arizona and move. Anyone who lives in any other state have any suggestions? we're looking for some wooded land, preferably with a water source (be it a lake, stream, creek, or river), and just within 1-4 hours of a major city like New York, Las Angeles, Seattle, etc. we need to be able to get to a major city in order for Lil to continue modeling.
any and all suggestions/ideas are welcome, even if they're not necessarily by one of the cities I listed. we really want out of here! lol

You like water? Lakes and rivers? Minnesota is probably the most abundant state! We have Minneapolis and St. Paul, too. Those are both huge cities, plus they're right by each other. They're really like one big city, to be honest.
The downside? There are a lot of backwards people here. If you're going to live out in the county, though, that shouldn't be a problem. We like...rarely talk to our neighbors in the country. oO;
well, theres always northern cali. everywhere i drive around here, i pass through mountains and trees, plus theres lakes everywhere. check out solano county, possibly vacaville or davis. and we're 45 minutes from both sacramento and san fran
Massacusetts has NYC 4, maybe 5 if there's traffic, hours away, Boston, and Providence. Plus, you're only like 8 or so hours from Montreal, and you have lots of trees and the ocean! You also have your hot, humid summers, and snow, not either or! You have your historical sights, and fun rain now and again. The weather is unpredictable as well. So you're always surprised!

Montrealis love, you know 8D. In QUebec, I know there's house in campaing and suburia all around Montreal. It's not always full of wood, but I know that my best friend lives on a huuuuuuuuuuuge farm and it's one hour fate from montreal~

I don't know about everybody else, but I am sick of hot summers and no snow or other seasons >.< I just want some normal weather, PLEASE! lol

I'm gunna keep all of them in mind and do lots of research. personally, somewhere like Canada sounds ideal...however, a new monetary system, as well as needing to learn the metric system (stupid US not implementing the metric system like they should have) might be more trouble than it's worth...
mebbe we'll just buy an island and start our own colony, lol

Um....Kirkland, Washington has some nice areas... Snohomish...Mill Creek... Eh but Washington (western washington) has nice wooded areas and landscape and stuff overall.

Go to Canada then. Ontario is nice, or so I hear from Mika. There's...things there. Things I haven't seen yet. Things. Oh, yes! There are things. Things there are things. You will go there and say, "Oh, wow! Things! Such things I have seen here in Canada are, in fact, things."
Ontario is nice. Well at least some parts of Ontario. I live in a small town where many people want to live now because other places are too big. If you want land, you have the Northern/Western parts of Ontario where there's nothing but trees, lakes, wild beasts a plenty and land. There lots of snow up there and cooler summers. Then you're also pretty close to Toronto, which has just about anything you would ever need. Good old Toronto.
The western side and Eastern parts of Canada have a lot of land as well. Actually now that I think about it... pretty much anywhere in Canada would be ideal. The monetary system probably wouldn't be too big of a hassle to get used to, but the Metric system would get some taking used to.
Or... you could always take a three hour boating course, make/buy a boat and sail the lakes/seas as pirates.

not realy a state to go to its more of a state not to go to Nevada its ok but if you hate the heat trust me never come here wisconsins nice but it gets too cold in the winter so not mutch help am i lol
