Pay to Play: City of Heroes/Villains Rating: n/a MMORPG.com Rating: 8.3
Final Fantasy XI Rating: n/a MMORPG.com Rating: 8.2
Ragnarok Online Rating: **** Opinion: While the game is a bit dated, it still remains one of the most popular MMORPG's on the internet. It's still a lot of fun to play. It offers much more than newer MMORPG's at the moment.
World of Warcraft Rating: *** MMORPG.com Rating: 8.2 Opionion: The way things are set up, it makes the player feel like they're part of the main story; however, this feeling doesn't last. The quests become harder to follow as the game goes on. It's hard to know where to go next. Also, the gameplay is sometimes painfully average.
Free to Play Fiesta Online Rating: n/a MMORPG.com Rating: 7.8
FlyFF Rating: *** MMORPG.com Rating: 8.1 Opinion: This game is fun, but there's a lot of grind. The quest items are a pain in the ass to get. Offering the ability to fly is pretty fun too. It doesn't seem to lose its charm.
Guild Wars Rating: n/a MMORPG Rating: 8.3 Note: You have to buy the game disc(s).
RAN Online Rating: * MMORPG.com Rating: 7.4 Opinion: Without a doubt, the worst online game I have ever played. That includes Flash games. The game looks pretty cool, but don't be fooled. After all, there's something else to include in an online game: community. The people who play this game are, sorry to say it, *******s. If you want help, you'll never find it. Higher level players constantly bring mobs of bosses through the newbie areas, too.
The quests are strange and extremely hard to follow. I had no idea what to do when I started this game and the game offered no help. I finally found out after I ran around enough, but I should be spawned where the newbie quest begins.
The items are so insanely expensive that you have to save up for days to get something. That's right. Days!
Rappelz Rating: *** MMORPG.com Rating: 8.2 Opinion: This is a good, solid game; however, if you're looking for originality, you won't find it. If you don't mind that, then you'll be happy.
The differences between the classes are...almost...well...non-existant. They're pretty much all the same, except they look different. That's about it. They all play the same, at least.
The game difficulty increases significantly once you leave the training island place. You're faced with monsters much higher than you and with quests that aren't possible to complete at your level. That's pretty much where I stopped playing.
Scions of Fate Rating: *** MMORPG.com Rating: 7.8 Opinion: This game is still in beta, so you have to be lenient. The community is good right now. Everyone in the game is pretty helpful. I think that this game has a lot of potential.
Silkroad Online Rating: ** MMORPG.com Rating: 7.9 Opinion: Gameplay-wise, this game is solid, but it suffers from a bad community. It's not as bad as RAN Online, but it's still is pretty bad. Almost everyone ignores you. Not just for help, but for partying, and well...everything. No one ever talks. Ever. When they do, they're talking to people they're with and it's obvious they know each other in reality. Unless you really, really, really love grind due to lack of parties, stay away.
These aren't every MMORPG, but these are the ones I'm heard of or am familiar with.
Warhammer is due to release in Feburary. it is a PvP (Player verus Player) game with very little Npc killing.
Vanguard, Anarchy Online, Everquest (yes it is still going and #6 in subscritions), Everquest 2, and Dungeons adn Dragons Online

I am currently playing World of Warcraft and Guildwars.
WoW: I'm a druid lover, I love my cat form :). My main is a 70 fury spec warrior though, and I tell ya...it sure is hard to hold agro when you you're DPS specced. I'm still grinding for my PvP gear so that I actually have decent armor to do Kara in.
Both in my opinion are very fun, however if my friends weren't playing with me I'd probably get bored easily.
My first MMO was MapleStory. I don't play it a lot anymore, as the idiots within the game give me hell, and I want to shoot them all. Plus, I can never get into a Party Quest on Ludi, and My friends are all much higher levels, or never online. I'm an Assasin, level 36 or something.

I played GuildWars for a while. Second MMO. It's worth the money, but realize you really should get friends into it. To advance the story you have to do the Party Quests. And as a Note : If any of you have Prophecies, TELL ME~ I Have that one, and I haven't finished it. I'm somwhere in the Desert area, but I don't remember, I got stuck on quests and such, and stopped playing. (As a note, I am a part of my Dad's friend's guild)

I've played FlyFF as well. This was my Third MMO. I like the 3-D-ness, and the controls are similar to GuildWars. The Flying is fun, but Again, I seems to have fallen out of MMOs, and stopped playing this as well. The character design is nice, and I enjoy how my character's outfit changes into colorful clothing. PVP area and the PK server are nice touches, but it sucks when you can't beat anyone.

I'll be playing Mabinogi's US version once it comes out, or if I get chosen for Closed Beta (Which starts the 31st, I find out if I'm a CB tester monday). It's kinda of like Harvest Moon + Fighting. Another Nexon Game, which means it's free, and it looks interesting. I like the getting older and weight changing. Looks like a good idea. Hopefulyl they'll add in Elves and Giants quickly (I want to be an elf!) It'll have a storyline I belive, but not a strong and required one like in GuildWars.
So yeah. I have played a nice array of MMOs I guess. I just can't seem to find one I really really like. Dx
Right now i'm playing EVE and WoW. I'm kinda new to EVE but it's a great game ^_^

I'm a huge fan of Guild Wars. Been playing it since its release. Got all three chapters plus the expansion. :D I'm into PvP more than PvE tho'. xD If ya need a healer, whisper Knogo Zarayma. :D
