I have a 30 day trial on the upgraded forum that I can get which has a link back that everyone keeps asking for. (which can now be found by clicking "back to the taiki webcomic")

Biggest Improvements :
-Link Back
-That annoying ad at the top is gone
-I can make an avatar gallery of my webcomic characters for everyone to use.


I did have to pay for the trial (which will be refunded if I decide not to keep the upgrade) and if I decide to keep the upgrade, I'll have to pay monthly payments.

What do you guys think? Is it worth it? You guys use it more than me. @_@

It's your money, so it's your call.

Tbh it's more convenient, but if the costs on you are too high then I don't mind going back to the old version.

It really comes down to if you can afford it or not.

You had to pay for the trial? That seems a bit weird.

I'm not noticing much difference, but I'm not the most observant person in the world (there was an ad at the top?! o.o;;; ), and I only ever got the forums from the webcomic page (so my linkback was the back button, though I still looked around for one in here...XP). The avatar gallery seems pretty interesting, though, I like my swordie and probably would end up keeping her... ;~;



I agree that it does really hinge on if it's an acceptable cost to you for the benefits.

Also, the idea of a 'safety desposit'-like trial cost is easily one of the strangest things I've heard of on the interwebs.

Well its not really a trial. It's a 30 day money back thing. I can afford it, I just want to know if you guys really want that stuff or not.

And there was an ad at the top. It was the most annoying one ever. It had little smily face things on it and when your mouse when over it it would yell "SAY SOMETHING!" and it annoyed me. D:

That said....I guess I managed to avoid it? I dunno how I missed it...but then, I am'n't the most observant in the world...

Well if the price is no issue then yeah, I really do like it. The link is convenient, the advert being gone is a godsend and the character avatars will be awesome and handy if I ever tire of my Tsukasa/Subaru one.

(Note: I WILL NEVER TIRE OF MY TSUKASA/SUBARU ONE)

That smiley add scared the heck out of me, I'd roll my mouse over it on accident and it would say "HELLLLLOOOOOOO!"....I'd usually have the volume on my laptop up to 100% too...

I agree though, the link back is really convenient.

EDIT: woo I talked in past tense :D next time it'll be third person.
