Fable 1 was a game of several frustrations one that you could only play as a boy character and the ablilty to woo most of the townpeople regardless of gender only made it more annoying. (for me anyway)
Things got off to a flying start on the character creation screen where I was first asked to pick a gender and then was immediately tossed into the game with no other customization options... this however was to be expected the game is about not who you are but who you will become.
I had fun hacking my way into the first dungeon and an hour later I was in the first town...
I found that blacksmithing was incedably easy to make large amounts of money doing... so I used it to buy my first house!
Then after buying a house and doing a few more story missions I decided it was time to find a wife and Settle down
The words "HAHA! told you so!" come to mind when I talk about fable 2 if you've heard me talk about it before you'd know I predicted you'd have the ablility to play as a lesbian character this time around
I was right
I found a nice woman in town who when inspected was listed as a and I'm not making this up - "Lesbian". So I stocked up on gifts and bought another house and tried to woo her. This proved a very simple task after a few gifts and emotes she was mine and I sealed the deal with the most expensive ring I could find.
Then we set out to find a home however it appears the only one she liked was more money than I could make in several days so I decided to leave her in the house I had bought the first time.
To sum up I had alot of fun with Fable 2.
And I'd love to read everyone elses experiences with it

I loved Fable 1 and with the possibilities Fable 2 has, I can't wait to play it. I knew what to expect since I was following the Lionhead Studios site and checking for updates pretty often while it was in development. Also, Fable's concept art is awesome.
Sadly, my brother ( who owned the only Xbox 360 in the house ) moved to live with my father and I can't get Fable 2 until I get my own Xbox 360. I really can't wait to play it.

I returned the game a few days ago actually XD (Twas a rental)
But I'd be more than happy to play co-op with anyone if they give me a few days notice haha

I bought it when it came out and played through it. I was little less impressed with this one than I was with the first one. I put at least a hundred or so hours into Fable 1, but I just couldn't do it with Fable 2. I can't really explain why, considering that pretty much everything was improved in this one.
One real issue I had with the battle system was that they included some really cool things but you never had the time or the reason to use them in battle. Example: The ranged weapons allowed you cripple, disarm and decapitate but most of the time you needed to pull the trigger too fast to activate the selective auto-aim system. Really, it was just an issue of too many actions mapped to a single button.
If they had found a way to work it out to a battle system similar to Assassin's Creed, and kept the RPG elements, I think I would've been happier. Don't get me wrong though, I definitely enjoyed the game but I just wish it would've burned up more of my time than it did.
Of course now I bought CoD:WaW, Mirror's Edge and Gears of War 2.I'm definitely not a fan of GoW2 but I was able to kill some time on ME and CoD. My checking account hates me.
Also, if you like RPGs and haven't played it yet: Tales of Vesperia.
whats tales of vesperia? ive never heard of it. or is it a xbox game since i dont own a xbox an probably never will i wont be able to play it if its xbox only
ive started playing oblivion again (main questline still is terrible =( ) i installed arround 30 mods to improve the game and found that exploring caves is pretty fun =D lots of caves with zombies.

The more I looked at Infinite Undiscovery, the less I wanted it... I'll probably end up picking it up used when it is very cheap. Tales of Symphonia 2 came out for Wii recently, feels more like a sidestory game than anything... but no complaints.
maybe that means i should finally finnish tales of symphonia....
i had to look Infinite Undiscovery up since i never heard of it to me it kinda looks something between Final Fantasy and metal gear solid ... i might be wrong thoug.

The friend of mine that told me to check out Tales of Vesperia was also telling me, at that same moment, to forget about Infinite Undiscovery because he thought it blows.
He's someone I trust when it comes to opinions on RPG's, so, I'm going to take his word and not buy it.
