 This is one I do. Hearing a creak bolts me alert* and gets my chest thumping, and hearing a buzz (insect buzz) makes me jolt and occasionally run in terror to another room before I look back in it to see if there's something flying around in there.


*Sometimes I try to think this is temperature-change in the house materials. Then temperature-changing-sounds->spaceship in Sunshine->creepy guy in Sunshine->aaaahhh, unsettled, unsettled!
